My philosphy of healing is based on over 40 years of being a chiropractor  Pasadena CA and a healer.  Symptoms are an expression of our body when it is out of balance.  Our bodies are a miracle of countless cells working together to support the whole organism.  This team has taken millions of years to get it right.  When we are in balance, we experience vitality and energy.  We sleep deeply and wake up refreshed and ready to start the day.  Our minds are clear and focused and we are able to make decisions effortlessly without hesitation or self doubt.  Our glands work in harmony with each other, balancing all of the systems of our body through hormones.  We are adaptable to our environment so that whatever change or stress we face, we are able to bring all of our physical body, our mind, and our emotions to find a balance in the new situation so that we can move forward to greater challenges and strength.  Stress does not push us down, but allows us to grow stronger and more resourceful.
