Fatigue and Stress

Fatigue and stress.  You know how draining and exhausting stress can be.  The everyday pressures of work, family, money, and relationships, can really take its toll on you.  You want to relax, but the stress just keeps grinding you down.  It affects every aspect of your life and your health. There is no such thing as normal fatigue and stress.  These symptoms are a sign that something within you is not functioning properly.  Caffeine can get you going in the morning, and alcohol can calm you down in the evening, but these stimulants and depressants don’t get to the underlying cause.  They even increase the load of stress you are carrying.I have had excellent results in helping my patients handle and release their stress and restore their energy and vitality.  The cause is often a block in the spine that is irritating the nerves.  By removing this block, you are able to roll with the punches and adapt to the ups and downs of your life.  You make better choices of how to eat, how to move, and how to think. At my office, I also investigate the deeper causes of these blocks:  poor diet, food sensitivities, lack of exercise, emotional stress, etc.  By addressing these other causes, I improve your health so you can adapt to stressful situations better.  When you handle your stress better, all of your other symptoms improve.  You have more energy and less pain.  You sleep better, have less allergies, and digestion problems, and you have a more positive and happy outlook on life.
